Je m'excuse de mon absent

Well well... let's see... what have I been doing for the past 1 month?

I don't even know it myself! Oh wait, quite a fair bit of activities but none of them seems to be related to productivity. *sighs*

However, I managed to score myself a part-time job at NOVO during Christmas. Better than nothing I suppose. At least I'm contributing to my very minimal cash flow from my (already very patient) parents. :S

So... back to why I'm really here. As some of you might have heard about Fashion Junkies, it was actually organised by me and my friend, Jun. Yes, we were the mastermind behind all this chaos. It was supposed to be a friendly event, but in the end we made people spend more money :P.

Here are some of the photos from the first event. We did a second one but unfortunately we did not take any pictures because we already have our hands full.

Raise the Union Jack

10 things I can describe about London:

1. Shopping heaven
2. Overly crowded
3. Theatre shows
4. Gallows at the Tower of London
5. Monarchy
6. Tube stations
7. Red buses
8. Trendy people
9. Accent
10. NOT SAFE

Be my guest and comment on my description. Or better still, prove me wrong :).

Have a nice day people. Lots of love. :)

For the last time

I always wonder how does it feel like to be always feeling rock bottom about yourself. Wonder no more, I said to myself. Whatever you are feeling right now is exactly what you call 'hind end'.

That's it, this shall be the last of it! I'll do whatever I can to regain my confidence. Not for anyone, but for me. It's only for the best.

Paris Je t'aime!

Ok, I know this is way overdue. But I believe when you have less time to do cumbersome things i.e. blogging it means you actually have a life, or should I say the least. Hehe.

3 weeks ago, I had the privileged on taking the biggest plane in the world on the Singapore Airlines A380 to London Heathrow
. Since it was a brand new aircraft, evidently the interior of the plane was astonishing. I like how they have food and drinks every 1 hour whether you like it or not, and sometimes they do force you to take chocolate and chips so it does not go to waste afterthat. Did you know they actually throw everything away when it is not consumed on the aircraft.

Anyways, back to why I’m sitting here at 1pm in front of “la pomme” where I should be actually out there contributing to GDP. I need a job ASAP!

I still need a guide book. Pardon my French.

You can never go wrong with Superings!

Le Eurostar!

Paris Tube map. Ain't it extensive. Oh La La!

Strolling down Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Jour Beau!

Toutes les maisons de couture. Haute Couture! I wanna work at one of these 'maisons' one day.

Ah. What is Paris without seeing the tour d'eiffel. Spectacular!

And of course the world-wide famous "Le Louvre".

There were more pictures from my sister high tech camera but I don't think I will be able to post all of em. If you have my facebook, stay tune s'il vous plait.

C'est tout. Au revoir.

Back to Reality

I had a dream. I woke up from the dream. I looked around in wonders. Don't get too excited Sue, it was just a wonderful dream...

I am currently back in Melbourne. Into reality I suppose. The bad thing is, I miss home dearly now. =( The good thing is, I'm reunited with Yoon Sing. =)

I've done so much for the past few weeks till I don't know where to begin. Londres et Paris was rattling. I'm still in the process of preparing my pictures for the next post. I'm actually preparing the descriptions as well. LOL. I hope you guys aren't expecting too much, they aren't the best pictures I would say.

At the mean time, I'll just update about what is happening domestically. My MBP has finally arrived, after 4 long weeks wait. =)

My new 15" MacBook Pro =)

Mum and Sis are coming to Melbourne in 6 days. At least now I feel so much better. I came back from London and left Malaysia so quickly till I did not realise how much I wanted to be at home with my family and spend more time with them. When reality kicks in, it strikes you hard doesn't it? Thank God Yoon Sing is around when I'm back here. I don't know what I will do without him.

Will return next time with the post on Paris et Londres!

à bientôt!

...1 week later

If I was Einstein, my first creation will definitely be a time machine. 13th of July marks the official date of the end of my uni life. I would give up anything to be a student once again =(. I'm serious! My results were pretty amazing this semester. I had 1 HD and 4 D! This is by far the best results I have ever gotten in all my semesters. I was pretty amazed on how well I did. I suppose if I were to end it, might as well do it with flying colours. =)

This week has been pretty much therapeutic with lots of shopping and relaxing times with friends. Went to Pavilion today with the Melb gang. Yum cha with the Melb gang yesterday too. Met up with Charmaine a couple of times and had a barbeque at Adrian's house on Friday. We have finally put the gruelling quest for our most beloved Taboo in good use. LOL.

Currently, my family and I are planning a trip to Londres et Paris. Je suis très excités! Je ne peux pas attendre!

I've been wanting to say this my whole life. "Paris, here I come!" I can finally put my French in good use, though I'm not that good at it. LOL.

Here are some pictures taken during the week.

Nagomi at Menara Hap Seng for lunch with my Dad. They have awesome Shabu-shabu. Dad over ordered as you can see. LOL.

I love things that comes in a black boxes, just like my Marc Jacobs watch and my Chanel earrings. I managed to purchase the Prada key holder that I wanted this week. Now my collection is complete. =)

"Le dark brown paper bag" I call it. It never fails to make my day.

C'est tout, Au revoir!
